New Order
The New Order button begins a new order file to add items to via your Symbol unit or manually keying items in Ezi Office. Use the new order button when you want to create separate orders to send to the warehouse.

Edit details
The Edit details button uses the same button as the Add details button. Edit details button will only be displayed if the order you selected already contains items for ordering.
Copy & edit
The Copy & edit button allow the user to copy another order in your orders list. This function will duplicate all items ordered and create a new order file with the current date.
Use the Copy & edit button if you regularly send the same order to the warehouse.
Flag as sent
Flag as sent button is used to mark an order file as being sent to the warehouse (or other). An example of its use; some stores create their Supplier Direct order using the Symbol unit and use Ezi Office to download these items and print the Supplier Direct order for faxing. Use Flag as sent for this Supplier Direct order as a visual note that this order has been sent.
View summary
View summary keep and display the transmission/confirmation message from the warehouse for each order file. To use; click on an order then click View summary.

Completed
The Completed button is used to mark an order file as being closed and finalised. Use Completed as a visual note that there are no other actions awaiting the selected order file.
Receive stock
Opens the Receive stock function. See Receiving stock.
Delete order
Deletes the highlighted order only. Deleted orders cannot be restored. Please check you have selected the correct order to be deleted permanently.
Purge orders
Permanently delete a group of orders. Ezi Office will delete all the orders below your highlighted order. Purged orders cannot be restored. Please check you have selected the correct order to delete from.
Exit
Exit the Orders function back to Browser.
