Sending Orders to Mailbox

pin note Before you begin check you computer has an internet connection.

In the Orders tab/list select the order you wish to send.

Click Send to Mailbox

A confirmation will be displayed on screen.

Select Yes to continue.  This will start the communication to the warehouse.

PLEASE DO NOT INTERRUPT the procedure until the transmission has completed.

A confirmation report will be displayed on screen with the following:


Batch No.  -  Transmission number

Trans. Date & Time  -  DDMMYY HHMMSS

Application Type  -  Varies according to data sent from store

Customer No.  -  Customer number used

Cust. Order No.  -  Not used

Business Division  -  identity of supplying warehouse

State of Origin  -  State of warehouse where customer normally purchase from

Total Case Ordered  -  Number of cartons ordered (always check this count is the same from your Details tab)

Total Units Ordered -  Number of units ordered (CSD/ALM stores only)

Total Lines Ordered -  Number of items ordered

Total Records Sent  -  Header + Total Lines Ordered + Trailer

Total Records Checks  -  Header + Total Lines Ordered + Trailer received by warehouse

 

pin note If this transmission was unsuccessful, the following Mailbox order summary will be displayed.

 

pin tipPlease DO NOT RESEND FAILED ORDERS!!!

Contact your local Customer Response Center and check if your order has been received.  Only then should you repeat the steps above to re-send your order.

 

The confirmation report is printable for filing purposes.
