Steps associated with raising the priority for a call previously logged

 

If a logged call has changed its severity this information should be passed to GaP Support immediately.

PLEASE HAVE THE ORIGINAL CALL LOG NUMBER AVAILABLE.

The call centre operator will need to review the status of the call and update the details in the call logging system, please ensure you advise the call centre operator of all available details.

The call centre operator will ensure service manager(s) are alerted to the new details and the changed call status.
