Steps Associated with following up a support call that has already been logged:

 

PLEASE HAVE THE ORIGINAL CALL LOG NUMBER AVAILABLE.

 

Office hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Call 1300 722 289 (or 08 8408 8150)

 

 

Once a service call is logged if an update is required call GaP Solutions (08-8408 8150) and state the call log number.

 

The call centre operator will review the call status and if applicable the caller can provide additional information.

 

The call centre operator will contact the service manager(s) to alert them of a call back notification.
