Process and steps of logging a call outside of monday to friday normal office hours

Call 1300 722 289 (or 08 8408 8150)
When calling after hours you will hear a pre-recoded voice message that gives you the option of leaving a message that will be attended to on commencement of the next business day OR pressing ZERO that will redirect your call to the after hours support technician that is on duty.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE THE BEST OPTION FOR YOUR CALL! Remember: your call may not be as critical as a call already in progress nor as critical as other calls waiting for attention – our technicians will make the best possible judgment based on the details that have been left and in conjunction with the call priority listed in appendix B.
Once redirected you will either reach the technician immediately or if there is another support call being attended to you will be able to leave a message for the technician who will call you back as soon as they have an opportunity: please remember that the call already in progress may take some time to close. |
