When a customer has taken a quick ticket and is waiting to be served a "QUEUED" message will appear beneath the now serving number for operators.
When the customer is being served you can click the now serving field to update the current ticket number being served.
If another ticket is queued the the "QUEUED" message will remain. If no customers remain to be served, the message will dissapear.
