The Specials tab is where promotions are loaded, can be changed, and the history is displayed.
The loading of promotions is covered in depth in the Price Changes section of this manual, however the additional features located in this tab we will go through now.
Pressing the options button reveals other fields that allow for controlled viewing of promo history.
DISPLAY: Using the drop down arrow you can access 4 ways to display the Promotion History
Show All: This will show all Promotion which have been loaded for this product
Warehouse: This will show all Promotions which have a Warehouse promotion code.
Instore: This will show all Promotions which have an Instore promotion code.
Promotions: This will show all Promotions which have a Promotion promotion code(Hosted)
PERIOD: Using the drop down arrow you can access 4 ways of displaying the Promotion History in relation to the time period
All Periods: Will show all Promotions for all time periods.
Current: Will only show Promotions which are currently running.
Future: Will only show Promotions which have not commenced yet.
Unexpired: Will show Current & Future promotions.
ASCENDING: When this box is marked the Promotion history will be displayed starting with the oldest promotion.
DESCENDING: When this box is marked the Promotion history will be displayed starting with the newest promotion.
After making changes to any of these fields click the update button to update the promo history. Click the default button to return the view to default.
