Ezi Office has an automatic software update function. Each time Ezi Office is opened, the software will automatically check for any updates via the internet and will display a notification on screen if there are any updates available.
You may select from the following:

Click Details to view detailed information on what is included in the new update. There may be new features, enhancements or fixes.

After checking the update details, click Upgrade to start downloading the new software update then install automatically. Please follow the prompts on screen.

C
|
Upgrade later. Use the Exit button to skip this process and upgrade later.

Automatic update checking will only work if your computer has a permanent online internet connection.
Upgrade Manually
If you do not have a permanent internet connection, you may still update your software manually with a software disc. Contact our office to speak to one of our technicians to organise a software upgrade disc to be mailed to you.
To upgrade manually:

Click the Upgrade button under the File tab of the toolbar.

Plug the removable usb disk drive in a usb port. If you have been given an upgrade CD, insert the software disc in your computer's CD drive.
Wait for the media to load.

Click Load. A window will open where you must point Ezi Office where the upgrade files are located.

Locate and select your CD drive or removable usb disk. Click the drop-down list button in the Look in box. Locate the Removable Disk drive and click to select it.

Click Open.

Follow prompts on screen

Click the Upgrade button under the File tab of the toolbar.

Click the Check button to check for new updates.
