Displays the Enter New APN to add to System screen to add a new line in Ezi Office.
Use Add when you want to check if the APN already exists or is in fact a brand new line.
By scanning the product barcode or keying in the APN in this screen, Add will either; display Item Properties with all the product information, or it will be blank ready to be filled in.
If you manually key in the 13 digit APN, you must click the Search or Create button on the right of the APN box.
Search
The Search button will look for the keyed product only and display a list of possible matching items.
Create
The Create button will go directly to a blank Item Properties for you to fill in. See adding a new product into Ezi Office.
