If a customer's loyalty card becomes damaged or is lost, it may be necessary to issue them with a new card. A batch of loyalty cards should be kept separate from the batch activated by GaP staff. Open the L-Boss Maintenance screen.

Double Click on the Client Number field.

Navigate to the Customer.

Click on the OK button.

Open the Edit Menu.

Select the Account Alias option.

Click on the Add button.

Enter the card number you wish to add to the account, following your stores established system of numbering.

Click on the OK button.

Click on the Close button.

Click the Send to Registers (EZACC Send to Registers 01) button.
