Click on the account menu

Click on the Customer Level button in the drop down menu. This will open the Customer level window.

Click on the plus () button.

Enter a new customer level number, this number must not correspond to an existing customer level.

Click on the OK button.

Fill in the details for the new customer level.

Click on the tick () button.
