Customer levels allow you to set pricing levels and discount values for different account types.

Description
This field contains a short description of the price level.
Price levels
Price level(s) other than 1 are designed for loyalty programs and can be ignored for accounts.
Discount
The discount field contains the discount applied at the Point of Sale to the purchases of customers who use an account with this customer level. The discount should be entered as a flat value (10 = 10% discount at POS).
Do not give points
When this checkbox is flagged loyalty points not added for transactions when this account is active.
