Click on the account menu

Click on the Customer Level button in the drop down menu. This will open the Customer level window.

Double click on the Level number field

Click on the customer level you wish to modify to highlight it.

Click the OK button.

Make any changes you want to customer level.

Click the tick ( ) button to accept changes. (To disregard changes click the X ( ) button)
