Risk levels allow you to set credit limits for accounts, as well as settings regarding the acceptance of cheques.
Risk level screen fields include...
Max Credit The maximum total value that can be charged to the account at any one time.
Check Limit The maximum cheque amount that is to be accepted a customer assigned this Risk level.
Ck Change Limit The maximum change amount (after a cheque tender) that can be returned to a customer assigned this Risk level.
Ck Weekly Limit Ck weekly limit contains 2 fields. The left field is for the maximum number of cheques that can be accepted each week, from a customer assigned this Risk level. The right field is for the maximum value of cheques that can be accepted each week, from a customer assigned this Risk level.
Accept Check This field allows you to control if customers assigned this risk level can pay using cheques. The available options are; 1 - allow cheque payment 2 - request manger authorisation for cheque payment 3 - refuse cheque payment
Interest Rate This field controls the annual interest applied to account balances after 30 days. GaP Solutions recommends that you do not use this feature.
Max PBAL new rental Customer assigned this Risk level can only rent items when their charge balance is below this value.
