When a card is issued to a new member, the account file corresponding to the issued card number needs to be updated with the customers details.

Open the L-Boss maintenance screen.

Double Click on the Client Number field.

Navigate to the Customer Number corresponding to the loyalty card issued.

Click on the OK button.

Adjust Customer Details.

Click the Send to Registers ( ) button.

Click the Yes button to send the file to the register.

Click the OK (and close) ( ) button.
