The search function has a number of options that can be used to filter the list promotions being displayed.
To perform a search set filters as desired and click the search (
) button.
Search Options
Text Field
The text field allows you to enter a search query that will be matched against the Promo Code of all promotions.
Status
All - Show all promotions.
Current - Show only promotions that are currently in effect.
Unexpired - Show promotions both in effect, and those that are yet to come into effect.
Future - Show only promotions that are yet to come into effect.
Selected Dates - Show promotions within the given date range.
Type Drop Down Field
The Type drop down field allows you to filter based on promotion type. The options are;
All Price Changes
Promotion (Hosted)
In Store
Lead In/Out
Combine Items Check-Box
When the combine item check-box is ticked, the items for all of the select promotions will be merged, and shown in the promotion details window.
