Operator Report
•Net Sales, Discounts, Taxes and Total (Gross) Sales. •Net Sales – (minus) Total Global Discounts + (plus) Total Taxes = (equals) Total Sales
Account Payments and In Drawer Totals - These totals should be in the Cash Drawer.
The operator report will show the details for each OPERATOR. (CLERK) The totals on all the operator (clerk) reports added together will amount to the details on the Store Financial.
Store Financial
Net Sales, Discounts, Taxes and Total (Gross) Sales.
Net Sales – (minus) Total Global Discounts + (plus) Total Taxes = (equals) Total Sales
Account Payments and In Drawer Totals = These totals should be in the total of all Cash Drawers for the entire day.
The Store Financial contains the totals for the entire store and will show how much money your store handled during the days trade.
Department Report
End of Day department report shows Net and Gross sales based on the items you have sold, it does not include or account for discounts. It also doesn't include rounding.
Financial Vs Department
The Net Sales on the Financial report will = (equal) the Net Sales on the (End of Day) Department report with little variance, Any variance is due to rounding.
The Total Sales + (plus) Total Discounts on the Financial report will also = (equal) the Dept Sales on the (End of Day) Department report . Any variance is due to rounding.
