The Item Properties window shows the details for individual products
The above image is the Item Details section of the Item Properties window.
APN / PLU
This box shows the Master APN for a product, this box cannot be altered. If a red arrow appears next to the APN box this indicates that a Multi-APN exists.
ItemNo
This is the box where the Order number is displayed..
Scale PLU
If a Scale PLU has been set up for a product, using the Scale tab, it will be displayed here. This field cannot be altered.
Direct No.
If a direct line has had a Direct Number loaded in, via the Supplier tab, it will be displayed here. This field cannot be altered.
Active
When a product is Active the box will be green and have a Y displayed, when a product is Inactive the box will be red and have an N displayed. The date represents when a product was activated or deactivated.
Last sold
This box shows the date when a product was last sold.
Desc
This box shows the full description of a product, this description can be changed in this field and it is what will print on labels and talkers.
Alt Desc
This box contains a shorter description of the product than the Desc. field. It prints on receipts when there is not sufficient room for the normal description.
Size
This box shows the size of a product.
SubDept
This box shows the Department name a product is allocated to in upper case letters, and the Sub Department a product is allocated to in lower case letters.
View
The View button displays a list of all items of the Sub-department in the SubDept box.
AWS
This box will show the Average Weekly Sales for the product.
ESL Desc
The description of the product that appears on electronic shelf labels (ESLs) for the product.
Grey boxes cannot be changed on this screen to prevent accidental typing. Follow referred pages above to make changes to certain fields.
