The Data Input Scheme in Ezi Office allows the user to record "actions" that are used frequently and is customisable based on individual user preferences. Data Input Scheme comes very handy when making manual price changes to a large number of items.
When a scheme is recorded and placed into "Play" mode, the cursor jumps from selected box to box to buttons by simply hitting the "Enter" key on your keyboard. By using the Data Input Scheme: •Less time is wasted by trying to locate the next field, box or button that needs to be edited or clicked. •Accuracy is increased - ensuring relevant fields are not missed (providing these were recorded correctly). •Speed is increased as the user gets familiar with the data entry process.
More time is saved by using a combination of the 3 points above.
