Deal wizard is a powerful tool that allows you to create different kinds of retails deals such as 2 for X or buy one get one free. Using deal wizard at multistore level works like creating a deal at store level except when you finish creating the deal you will be prompted to choose which stores you wish to add the deal to.
When using the multistore deal wizard in multistore if you are prompted to send register updates, click no.

Open the Pricing tab

Click on the Deal wizard button |

Click the Add button.

Enter a name for the deal, and a run date

Select the desired promo group (or create a new group).

Enter trigger amount (either buy x items or spend over $x.xx on item). In this example (2 for $5) the trigger quantity will be buy X items = 2.

Enter fixed price that the trigger products will change to (e.g. $5 for 2 for $5).

Enter a sub-department and GST status for the product, and select other options.

Select All stores to apply to apply the deal to all stores. Alternatively select a zone or select specific store(s) and manual select the stores you wish to send the deal to.
