Increases is a report on items that have had a price increase from the warehouse. Use the Increases report to view items that have had a price increase in this week's host.
You can only view any of these reports after you have processed the host file.
Buttons
Preview
Opens this report in the Print Preview window. The print preview window allows you to see the "soft copy" of your report on screen without printing it in paper.
Send this report straight to the printer without preview.
Inspect Host
Opens the host file in it's raw format in a new window. Inspect host can be used to help with support. Contact GaP Support or Retail Systems in your state prior to using Inspect Host.
Exit
Exit this report window and go back to the main Host Maintenance window.
Revert
Revert allows the user to "rewind" the Normal Cost and Normal Sell to it's original prices before you processed this week's host file. You will need to select an item or multiple items* before you can use the Revert button. The Revert button will not rewind every item displayed on screen unless you have manually selected all items (Select All button).
Please use care before using the Revert button, double check the items you have selected to revert before continuing.
* To select an item or multiple items for Revert, click in the DROP column to mark it with Yes.
Invert
The Invert button will change the current selection so that everything previously unselected will now be selected and vice versa.
Select all
The Select all button will select every single item in the list and place a YES in the Drop column.
Clear all
The Clear all button will unselect any items you have previously selected.
